In order to start the application, please choose one of the following methods at your convenience;

First method )
Click on the “Offline Registration” button, download our assessment form, make a hard copy by printing it, fill it out precisely, once completed, scan it and finally send it to the mentioned email address within the form.
FYI, NEXT STEPs are explained in detail within the above-mentioned form.

Second method)
Click on the “Online Registration” button (preferably using Google Chrome) and precisely complete the online form. You would need to provide the required information in each tab as accurate as possible. Furthermore, please pay attention to the followings;

1-This form must be completed for every person who is 18 years of age or older.
2-All of the Addresses and Dates must be provided as accurate as possible.
3-This form is only available in Persian (Farsi) at the moment. Should you need assistance reading the fields, please ask someone who is familiar with Farsi to read it for you.
4-At the very last step, you will be asked to press the "Submission" key. By doing that, a list of required documents will be shown on the screen. Although this list will also be sent to us by email, however it is highly recommended that you take a picture of that page using your cellphone and send it to us via WhatsApp. This will be very helpful for further follow up.
5-In addition, the detailed information about "how to send/upload the documents" will be informed afterwards by me our one of my assistants.
6-If you filled up the fields completely, put your email address correctly, and saw the GREEN screen at the very last step but yet you didn’t receive any email confirming that your registration was done, please kindly use the First method. This also applies to any systematic error that you may face. Long story short, should you face difficulties with the Second method, please proceed with the first one.

برای ثبت نام میتوانید هر یک از دو روش زیر که برای شما راحت تراست را انتخاب کنید:

روش اول:
با کلیک بر روی دکمه "ثبت نام آفلاین" فرم ما را دانلود کرده ، پرینت گرفته ، بدقت مطالعه بفرمایید و سپس آنرا تکمیل نمایید. لازم به ذکر است که مراحل بعدی پروسه در این فرم با جزییات توضیح داده شده است.

روش دوم:
با کلیک بر روی دکمه "ثبت نام آنلاین" فرم را با دقت تکمیل فرمایید.
برای این کار ترجیحا از مرورگر گوگل کروم استفاده بفرمایید.
در پایان ، پس از فشردن کلید "ثبت نهایی"، یک لیست از مدارکی که باید توسط شما تهیه شوند، برایتان نمایش داده خواهد شد. گرچه این لیست هم به ایمیل شما و هم به ایمیل ما ارسال خواهد شد ، اما محبت فرموده و لطفا از صفحه سبزرنگ ظاهر شده اسکرین شات و یا عکس گرفته و برای من ارسال کنید.
توجه : اگر ایمیل تان را بدرستی وارد کردید و برغم مشاهده صفحه سبزرنگ ، باز هم ایمیلی از ما مبنی بر تاییدیه ثبت نام دریافت نکردید ، لطفا بسراغ روش اول بروید. همچنین اگر خطای سیستمی ظاهر شد که مانع از ادامه تکمیل فرم آنلاین شد ، لطفا بسراغ روش اول بروید.
لطفا پیش از تکمیل فرم بصورت آنلاین به این نکات توجه فرمایید:

1- این فرم باید برای هر فرد بالای 18 سال بطور جداگانه تکمیل شود.
2- آدرس هاو تاریخ ها باید تا حد امکان دقیق ذکر شوند.
3- در قسمتهایی که باید عبارتی بنویسید، میتوانید بصورت فارسی یا فینگیلیش تایپ کنید.
4- در مرحله پایانی تکمیل این فرم، و پس از فشردن کلید "ثبت نهایی"، یک لیست از مدارکی که باید توسط شما تهیه شوند، برایتان نمایش داده خواهد شد. لطفا از صفحه مزبور عکس بگیرید. (گرچه این لیست به ایمیل شما هم ارسال خواهد شد.)
5- همچنین جزئیات کیفیت اسکن و چگونگی ارسال مدارک در مراحل بعدی بحضورتان اعلام خواهد شد.
